Shots, Shots, Shots (the healthy kind)

Here a few recipes that are easy and quick, just like I like all my health and fitness stuff. (These recipes use only Young Living essential oils)

1. Turmeric Twister:

1tbs tumeric powder
1tbs local honey
1 quarter of an orange
(I used 2 drops orange essential oil)
2-3 carrots
1 half lime
Few ice cubes
Throw it in a ninja, blender, or nutribullet and mix.

2. Citrus Fat Slammer

1 half lime
1 half cup cranberries
Few ice cubes
2 drops peppermint oil
2 drops grapefruit oil
1tbs honey (if its too tart)
Throw it in a ninja, blender, or nutribullet and mix.

3.  Maca & Cinnamon Cement Mixer

1tbs Maca powder
1tbs cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
Few ice cubes
Throw it in a ninja, blender, or nutribullet and mix.

4. Blueberry Ball Breaker

1 half cup blueberries
1 quarter beet chopped
Few ice cubes
1 quarter banana
Throw it in a ninja, blender, or nutribullet and mix.

Now, all of these can be adjusted with water or ice, and a sweetner if you like. Each are full of nutrition and will give you a kick for your day. Enjoy!
